A Lodge of Firsts

Chartered in 1752, Fredericksburg Lodge No. 4 is one of the oldest Masonic lodges in continuous operation. George Washington was initiated here in 1752. The Lodge continues to preserve its historic 1816 building, cemetery, and archival materials while serving its members today.
