Founded in 1752, the Lodge has a rich history that includes George Washington's initiation into Freemasonry and the Marquis de Lafayette's historic visit in 1824.

This rental combines the Baker Room and Main Lodge Room, providing two distinctive spaces on separate floors for events requiring additional flexibility.

The historic 1816 building welcomes guests through the Lafayette and Past Masters Room, while the Main Lodge Room, located in the 1952 addition, offers a memorable setting for presentations, ceremonies, and gatherings.

Whether you're organizing a conference, reception, community event, or special celebration, renting both rooms allows you to create separate spaces for different activities.

Rental rates include both rooms and available tables and chairs. Applicable taxes are additional.

Optional Services

Kitchen use - $150: Access to the adjoining Baker Room kitchen for food preparation and catering
Post-event cleaning - $150: Optional cleaning service

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol may be served only with prior approval from Fredericksburg Lodge No. 4.

Renters are responsible for obtaining any required Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) license or permit and complying with applicable laws and regulations.

The Lodge does not provide alcohol or obtain licenses on behalf of renters.

Reservation Process

Select your rental duration, preferred date, and available start time using the booking calendar.

A 25% rental deposit is required to submit your reservation request and will be credited toward the total rental fee.

All reservations are subject to confirmation by the Fredericksburg Lodge No. 4 Rental Coordinator. If the Lodge cannot accommodate your reservation, your deposit will be refunded in full.

A signed rental agreement is required. The remaining balance, including applicable taxes and additional services, is due 30 days before the event.

Submitting a reservation request does not constitute final approval of the rental.
