Fredericksburg Lodge No. 4 traces its origins to 1752, when George Washington was initiated into Freemasonry. Today, the Lodge continues its traditions at its downtown Fredericksburg location, where the historic 1816 building and later additions reflect generations of Masonic history.

Guests enter through the historic 1816 building, passing through the Lafayette and Past Masters Room before reaching the Main Lodge Room, located in the Lodge's 1952 addition.

The Main Lodge Room offers a distinctive setting with traditional Masonic architectural features, built-in bench seating along the walls, and flexible arrangements for additional tables and chairs.

Whether you're planning a meeting, presentation, ceremony, reception, or community gathering, the Main Lodge Room provides a memorable setting that combines local history with practical event space.

Rental Rates

Rental rates include use of the Main Lodge Room and available tables and chairs. Applicable taxes are additional.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol may be served only with prior approval from Fredericksburg Lodge No. 4.

Renters are responsible for obtaining any required Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) license or permit and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Lodge does not provide alcohol or obtain licenses on behalf of renters.

Reservation Process

Select your rental duration, preferred date, and available start time using the booking calendar.

A 25% rental deposit is required to submit your reservation request and will be credited toward the total rental fee.

All reservations are subject to confirmation by the Fredericksburg Lodge No. 4 Rental Coordinator. If the Lodge cannot accommodate your reservation, your deposit will be refunded in full.

A signed rental agreement is required. The remaining balance, including applicable taxes and additional services, is due 30 days before the event.

Submitting a reservation request does not constitute final approval of the rental.
